Led the development of a proprietary analytics platform saving $120M, drove $25M in annual revenue through PLA optimization, and launched Fanatics’ Music & Entertainment vertical, generating $45M in 2023. Known for strategic execution, data-driven decision-making, and delivering impactful go-to-market initiatives.

GoPro Inc.

DIRECTOR of ECOMMERCE

I led GoPro’s DTC business through hypergrowth, scaling revenue to $442M in 2022 (300% lift). I drove the on-time, on-budget launch of a new headless eCommerce platform and executed a global acquisition strategy that grew subscriptions from 130K to 2.2M. I also introduced a Pods/Squads model, boosting delivery speed and empowering product teams.

Levi Strauss & Co

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Rebuilt the product model and metadata to reduce page load times, enhance search relevance, and boost SEO through optimized URL structures. These improvements led to a 22% conversion rate increase among search users. I also developed a strategic rollout plan for the revamped Hybris eCommerce site, successfully launching across major global markets including the US, Canada, EU, and Japan.

PRODUCT MANAGER II

Led digital product strategy for Gap Inc., doubling online credit card acquisitions and engaging 1M+ daily customers. I delivered 100% ROI on a compliance tool saving $500K annually, launched an online donations feature 75% under budget, and advised on a $240M portfolio—driving growth across Loyalty, Marketing, and Payments while maintaining strong conversion and retention.

Dick's Sporting Goods

PRODUCT MANAGER

Lead the development and planning around site experience development for Dick’s Sporting Goods, from SEO to post-checkout, driving a 25.9% increase in online sales and $942.7M+ in revenue. I implemented KPI-focused analytics with Omniture. Also transformed teams with Agile “Ways of Working” strategies—delivering measurable impact across user experience, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
This was the first real push for ecommerce in 2012 and what has lead to DSG's ecomm successes.
